SAFETY SPECIFICATION

Electrostatic Discharge Resistance
30kV, 2500uF (wire to wire and wire to shell)
Over-current test
Not detonating at 4A over-current
EMC
CS(Conducive Susceptibility)
RS(Radiation Susceptibility)
No unintended detonations under 150kHz~80MHz, 30V conditions Normal operation under 10V conditions

-No unintended detonations at 30V/m and normal operation at 10V/m under 80MHz~1.0GHz conditions

-No unintended detonations at 10V/m and normal operation at 3V/m under 1.0GHz~2.0GHz conditions

Thermal shock test
Not detonating at during storage in 75℃ chamber for 48 hours
Combined force
When 40N’s load is suspended for 120 seconds on the wire, it is not cut off by the load, Also, the plug and the shell are not broken.
Vibration test
After vibrating the shell at 50Hz for one hour, the weight change is less than 10mg
Shell road test
No cracking or bending of the shell after hanging 50N load for 5 seconds
Drop test
Not detonating when the product is freely dropped from a height of 5m
Water resistant test
– STD : 2 days with 7 bar
– HD : 28days with 7bar
